On Sunday 24 October the forest of our Clastra quarry will be opened for the traditional Castagnata, organized in collaboration with Sapori nelle Valli.
From 9 a.m. it will be possible to freely collect chestnuts.
It will also be an opportunity to remember prof. Lucio Toniutti, who passionately studied our quarry, divulging its geological relevance: the Naturalistic and Cultural Operators group of the Giulie Alpine Society together with Riccardo Ravalli will accompany those who wish to join along the educational path designed by Prof. Toniutti up to the visit of the quarry.
